Can heat deformation, under the condition of low temperature also has high impact toughness. It is hard, difficult to scratch and a kind of material which is not easy to deformation.Low water absorption; High dimensional stability. Normal ABS board is not very white, but the toughness is very good, can use the shearing machine cutting, also can open mould to rush.

Working temperature: from -50C to +70C.

Thickness*Width*Length:1-200mmx1000mmx2000mm, custom size can also be in accordance with the requirements.

Plate color: beige, transparent, black or other color, can according to the requirements.  

Molding shrinkage rate: 0.4 to 0.7%

Note

1.  Since ABS plate is easy to deform caused by internal stress in the process of machining so the plate must deal with stress before use.

2.  Dry conditions: 80-90 ℃ for 2 hours.
